Our Story
​Woodini was born from passion, mentorship, and the kind of craftsmanship that’s passed down through hands, not just textbooks.
​
At just 16 years old, our founder Nik began installing kitchens alongside Gerard, his best friend's father and one of the most talented carpenters to ever hold a tool. With over 40 years of experience, Gerard wasn’t just a master craftsman—he was like a father, a teacher, and a true mentor. He taught with patience, led by example, and inspired a lifelong love for quality joinery.

Gerard also passed on his knowledge to Jacek, who’s been installing kitchens for over 30 years. Nik worked closely with Jacek as well, learning invaluable skills and techniques that shaped his craftsmanship. More than a friend, Jacek is family—and today, he’s a key part of Woodini, offering expert guidance, design insight, and mentorship that continues to influence everything we do.

Sadly, Gerard passed away from cancer, and Nik’s best friend—Gerard’s son— Kian was lost in a motorcycle accident. Woodini is our way of keeping their memory and their craftsmanship alive. Every piece we build reflects the pride, precision, and passion they shared with us.
